Why I picked this image: How could I have not picked this image? This image was captured by Sohail in Pakistan and shows a scene that he encountered on the street. Two men riding on a motorcycle carrying two goats on their lap by itself is something that would grab my attention as I don’t ever see this on my streets. But the driver of the motorcycle is giving us that “why do you find this interesting” look. The passenger has a smirk on his face and holds the goat in one and a cigaret relaxed in the other hand. And finally the one goat that is facing us has this “hey look at me” attitude look on its face.
Technically the image is also perfect with enough motion blur to show the speed at which the motorcycle is driving.
I like this image so much that I can not stop looking at it. This is an iconic documentary image for me. I am deeply impressed Sohail!
