Photograph: Out for a Walk by Brian Barbash
Brian’s image captured my attention with the subtle rim lighting on the boy. The choice of using a B&W conversion focuses the viewers attention on the child and keeps the background house and cars from being distracting. The feeling that we are watching a child have a quiet moment to themselves is sweet.
