Leica released an update today for the Leica T. Firmware version 1.5 adds WiFi DIRECT to the Leica T, which enables users to set up their own mobile hotspot and transfer pictures via a wireless link between the camera and the Leica T mobile app.
With the new firmware, the wireless connection to known networks should reconnect faster and more reliably.
You can use the free Leica T app for iOS devices allows for live view and remote operation of the Leica T camera in addition to downloading and sharing photos from your iOS device.
