Often we talk about the reasons why you should upgrade your camera, but rarely do we examine the reasons why you shouldn’t buy a new camera. Looking through Digital Camera magazine’s archive recently, we found this handy infographic from 10 years ago, which is still relevant today…

You can check all the websites and browse every brochure, but you won’t really know what you think of a camera until you pick it up and try it out for yourself. Megapixels are marvelous and drive modes are dandy, but if you don’t like the camera they’ll count for nothing.
