This is an orange feather I have in my dressing up box (no, I’m not too old for a dressing up box, thanks) – it belongs to some sort of head piece, I think.
I used a macro lens to really bring out the fine detail of the feather, but I set a relatively wide aperture (f/4) so that it would start to blur out the edges of the feather for a soft look.
