Phase One has released Capture One Pro 9 with more powerful new features that continue to push Lightroom.
As you can see in the video above, the new contrast algorithm allows you to adjust contrast and brightness without affecting the color of your image. You also have the ability to create masks for local adjustments in a variety of ways, including color selections. The asset management tools also get a big update with new keywording options.
Capture One Pro 9 retails for $299 and is available direct from the Phase One store. If you’re upgrading from Capture One Pro 7 or 8, the cost is $99. There is also a subscription option at $15/mo. You can learn more here on Phase One’s website.
