B&H has the Tascam DR-70D for $249 (reg. $299). The DR-70D is a 4-channel XLR recorder. One of the things I like about the DR-70D over the DR-60D (which is also on sale) is that the DR-70D gives you up to 4 channels of phantom power to its XLR channels. The DR-60D is limited to 2 channels of phantom power on channels 1 and 2.
The DR-70D is also a much slimmer profile for mounting underneath your camera on your tripod head. I recently bought the DR-70D for myself and have been very pleased with it so far. You can find the Tascam DR-70D here at B&H Photo.
