Often times, the term, Depth of Field (DoF), is mentioned as it relates to the quality of fast lenses. We associate fast lenses are large apertures with creating a shallow DoF, and that is very much true. However, how much thought is put into the ways your DoF and plain of focus can impact your composition? It’s something certainly worth considering as you aim to strengthen your compositional might.
